Erie Technical Systems most recent successful installation was for an automated DensiMAX™ bulk bag filler for an application filling ground corn cobs. The relatively low density ground material is shipped 2000# at a time in very tall FIBC bulk bags – 45" wide x 45" deep x 72" tall . Previously, the 72" bags would tend to lean as they were filled making storage and loading of the bags onto semis for shipment a challenge. Our DensiMAX™ filler automatically fills, vibrates and weighs the product at the same time.
