Customize your bulk filler with inflatable bladders, a weigh scale / automatic fill control, a pneumatic slide gate valve, and many more options.
The Weigh Scale option for a DustMAX™ bulk bag filler includes a platform scale and a weight indicator. The NTEP approved platform scale is attached below the bag hanging frame. Power for the indicator is 120VAC. The digital weight indicator is mounted to the bag hanging frame in a convenient position for the operator. The digital weigh indicator can also be used for simple automation of the filling cycle when integrated with other optional items such as a pneumatic or electric slide gate valve. The indicator can also be used to turn on and off additional equipment feeding the unit or to alert the operator that the bag is full.
The Manual Slide Gate Valve option for a DustMAX™ bulk bag filler allows the operator to isolate the product above during change out of the bag. The valve is a cast aluminum construction and can be used to meter flow from above.
The Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve option for a DustMAX™ bulk bag filler includes a 2-position pneumatically actuated slide gate valve. It can be used in conjunction with the weigh scale options to automate the filling process. The indicator will close the valve once the scale reads a specified target weight. A 3-position valve is also available for applications requiring greater accuracy during filling.
The Surge Hopper Option for a DustMAX™ bulk bag filler adds a small product hopper to the frame above the fill head. This allows for a small amount of product to be held above the isolation valve to ensure a repeatable flow of material to the valve. It can also be used to hold material if the process feeding the bulk bag filler takes longer to turn off than the installed isolation valve option.
