This option for the EconoMAX™ bulk bag filling system is used when to bag being filled does not have a fill spout incorporated. The seal surface is formed by a round ring that is attached to the fill spout and creates a fixed surface for the inflatable bladder to seal against when using a non-spouted bag.
The opening of the bag is bunched and fed between the outside of the inflatable bladder and pinch ring. The actuation of the bladder will be done and supplied using a manual style “joystick” type pneumatic valve located on the end of the bag arms and must be actuated by the operator while hanging the bag prior to the fill cycle.
The construction of the fill spout is the same as the SWB option which has a dual diameter fill spout in which the inner diameter is used as a product fill path and the outer diameter is used to hold the fill spout. The annular space created between the inner diameter and the outer diameter is used as the path for dust removal.
